Free Shipping on Orders Over $100
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts). No promo code is needed!
Flat Rate Shipping for Orders Under $100
For orders under $100, a fixed shipping fee of $12 will be applied at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information.
International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the US.
Return
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

Please Note:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Returns must be pre-approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damages or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please review it immediately. Then, contact us at info@bigbluescuba.com within 7 days of receipt, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used or worn items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
To get the item you want quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item and returning the original item at the same time. Please note that the second shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refund
Once we receive and review your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved or rejected. A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. However, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee for all approved returns will be deducted from your refund.

Class Schedule / Reschedule / Cancellation
Students can reschedule their class 8 days in advance without any fees.
In-Water Training:
• Rescheduling: A $100 rescheduling fee will be charged if the class is rescheduled within 7 days before the class.
• Cancellation: A $200 cancellation fee will be charged if the class is canceled within 7 days before the class.
Classroom Only:
• Rescheduling: A $50 rescheduling fee will be charged if the class is rescheduled within 7 days before the class.
• Cancellation: A $100 cancellation fee will be charged if the class is canceled within 7 days before the class.
