You'll practice navigation and buoyancy, try deep diving and make three specialty dives of your choosing (it's like a specialty sampler platter). Let your underwater adventure continue! Improve your scuba skills as you explore new dive sites and activities, under the guidance of your instructor. The PADI Advanced Open Water course is a rewarding and enjoyable certification for those Open Water divers who can see the benefits of having additional training. With PADI Advanced Open Water training you'll learn which diving specialties interest you, and what type of diving you enjoy most. You can begin to consider which direction diving will take you, as you experience a small part of what is on offer.

As part of your training you will complete five open water adventure dives. One of which will be a Navigation dive and another will be a Deep dive, plus a further three adventure dives.

How Do You Get Started

Be ten years of age or older

* Note: 10 and 11-year-old divers participate in these Adventure Dives: AWARE - Fish identification, Boat, Digital Underwater Photography, Dive Against Debris, Dry Suit, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Underwater Naturalist, Underwater Navigation, Underwater Photography, and Underwater Videography.
** Note: 12 years old to participate in all other Adventure Dives.

Be certified as a PADI Open Water Diver or have a qualifying certification from another training organization

Class Reschedule / Cancellation

Students can reschedule their class one week in advance. A $100 rescheduling fee will be charged if the class is rescheduled within the week prior to the class. If a student cancels the class within the week prior, the cancellation fee is $200.
